I'm a certified nutritionist, but I am not a medical doctor. I was also a professional chef in the USA for over 10 years, and I've always had a keen interest in how foods impact our lives from a biochemical perspective. However, I'm not a purist by any means, and while I try to avoid things like smoking, excessive drinking, and other harmful activities... I have been known to drop into McDonald's on occasion, as well as sitting in front of my PC for hours at a time.

But that's the whole point of this blog... an attempt to share real-world discussions on how we can do more to improve our nutritional lifestyle, without altering our current routines too much!

The blog, podcasts, videos, and other content I've produced are designed to provide unique information that is based upon the collective knowledge of medical practitioners, academics, and other healthcare experts in China.
